Over the past year the project has been focused on helping children from displaced communities deal with cognitive dissociative disorders, caused from the anxiety of fleeing their countries, using immersive stories delivered in VR to help them alleviate their suffering.

We have worked with more than 120 kids in refugee camps, psychosocial centres, border-lines and streets, in Greece, Lebanon, France and Tanzania, creating a direct response that solves the concurrent lack of initiatives to deal with children’s cognitive disabilities at the growing refugee context (UNHCR, 2012).
